These No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars, made with only 4 ingredients are not only so delicious, but so simple and easy to make!
If you are like me, you do not like to spend lot of time in the kitchen. I love easy to make recipes that no take too long to make. If you like peanut butter, these no bake peanut butter oatmeal bars and you are a match made in heaven.
Best thing about these bars is that there is no baking, heating or blending required. You can make these in less than 10 minutes (if you remove the refrigerating part!).
All you need to do is combine all the ingredients, stir them up, pour in a baking dish and shove it in fridge to refrigerate. If you are too hungry to refrigerate, you can start digging in right away. I know I have done that in the past, and it’s equally good.
I normally use Peanut Butter with honey, since my son loves it lightly sweetened. You can use the natural Peanut Butter, and add extra honey (or maple syrup) depending on how sweet you’d like. You can even substitute Peanut Butter with Almond Butter to make it even less sweet.
My little one love these, and asks for it all the time. These are a great snack before or after a workout session. You can have these in the middle of the day, at the soccer practice or even at your busy meeting.
They are so filling and very satisfying. If you are a lover of Peanut Butter you’ll want these all the time. And you can enjoy these without feeling guilty, since you get a dose of healthy, since these bars are packed with natural fiber and protein.
